I am unable to complete DBQs or Nexus letters outside my medical specialty, or previous training (NBC/CBRNE, Biochemistry)
My role is to provide an unbiased medical opinion, not to advocate for approval or denial.
If medical evidence is insufficient, I may not be able to provide a favorable Nexus and therefore recommend discussing other options with your VA Representative.
Submitting a nexus letter does not guarantee approval of any VA claim, appeal, or rating decision. Final determinations are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
The services provided do not establish a physician–patient relationship. I do not provide medical treatment, direct patient care, or ongoing medical management through this platform
Clients are encouraged to maintain regular care with their treating physicians and to consult a qualified attorney, VSO, or accredited claims agent for legal guidance regarding VA claims.
